How to create an account

Visit our e-shop homepage, www.juliesion.com, and click the "login" icon in the top right corner of the page. If you're new to us, we invite you to create an account.

This will allow you to place orders of course, but also to keep in touch with us and receive news from us in a completely reasonable manner (no unwanted emails here, just those that allow us to spoil you from time to time for your birthday, for example!)

If you already have a customer account, thank you for your loyalty. By clicking on the "Login" tab, you can also access all the details related to your personal account with Julie Sion using your password. This access will allow you to easily modify your information and view your loyalty points.

How to subscribe to the newsletter

At the bottom of our homepage, you will find a field to fill in with your email address.

Thank you for entrusting it to us, we will take great care of it and only share information that is likely to please you, we promise!

You will receive, against a backdrop of enthusiasm dear to the brand, the highlights relating our adventures but also advantages and information in preview, invitations to our events and a few surprises sprinkled sparingly.

How to delete my account

Do you no longer wish to use our e-shop, or do you want to disappear from our radar?

We understand! You remain free to live your life and your personal data belongs to you.

Send us a quick email to contact@juliesion.com and we'll take care of deleting your account.

You can create a new one at any time if you feel like it.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted?

Several solutions are available to you:

  • Secure payment by credit card via the Crédit Agricole Up2pay system.
  • Secure payment via PayPal with the option to choose payment in 4 installments at no extra cost.
How do I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order is placed, we immediately launch the manufacturing process.

You cannot change it online but it is possible to contact us within a reasonable time, and ideally the same day, by email to contact@juliesion.com so that we can take into account your cancellation or modification request.

How to use a Julie Sion gift certificate or privilege code?

You have just received a Julie Sion gift card and you would like to use it on our e-shop.

It's easy. Simply enter the code you received in the corresponding box before paying for your order on the cart summary page. The discount will be applied once the code is validated.

What should I do if the item I want is no longer available?

You can add it to your wish list. And contact us by email at contact@juliesion.com to inquire about its return to stock.

DELIVERIES

Free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over €100.

This is automatically applied to the total amount of your basket 

What are the different delivery methods and times?

Your order is made to order. We care about the planet and only produce the inventory needed to fulfill your orders.

We weld and galvanize a small stock of material in advance to guarantee you minimal waiting time.

We offer you:

  • either a small parcel tracking service via La Poste,
  • or a shipment by DHL express.
  • You can also choose to collect from the workshop in Paris.

Your order will be finalized within 3 working days following your purchase, plus the delivery times for Post Office (48 hours) or DHL (24 hours).

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from your customer account using its tracking number, which will redirect you to the post office or DHL website.

The progress of your order is also accessible via your customer account.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

How do I make a return or exchange?

Did you make a mistake?

For any order placed online, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product.

The item must not have been worn.

To return your item, please use the original packaging so that the item travels in optimal conditions. Please also return any pouch or box that may have accompanied the product.

LOYALTY POINTS

How do loyalty points work?

We love you so much and would love to be able to walk a little way together for as long as possible! We have set up a loyalty points system because we know you are a fan! It works as follows:

10€ purchase = 1 loyalty point

From 30 points accumulated, you automatically receive a discount of €35 on your next purchase.

Purchases made with a discount do not earn points. Neither do purchases made with points in their shopping cart.

How to have a custom piece of jewelry made?

Is your dream creation not yet available in our e-shop?

We'll create it for you and with you!

We can create a custom piece of jewelry together for any occasion (wedding, birthday, or simply for no special occasion! Just to treat yourself).

We can either manufacture it for you or invite you to manufacture it partially or completely depending on the technical difficulties.

To do this, we invite you to send us your dream ideas by email to contact@juliesion.com.

We will respond as quickly as possible. Some times of the year are busier than others, so please plan ahead.

REPAIR

Can I have a Julie Sion piece of jewelry repaired?

Yes, as long as we have the necessary materials in stock, we will endeavor to take care of your minor inconveniences. Likewise, if you lose one side of your pair of earrings, it is entirely possible to buy only one side.

Can I have another brand of jewelry repaired?

Each jewelry brand uses different materials and manufacturing techniques. We cannot repair stainless steel jewelry (mostly made in Asia) because we work primarily with brass.

We will always be open to possible transformations of jewelry because we know that they often have an emotional nature.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I preserve my Julie Sion jewelry?

Costume jewelry or fashion jewelry is different from fine jewelry. You cannot swim in it. Even if the gilding applied to the brass is of high quality and made in France, brass and silver are materials that oxidize naturally.

To slow down this process and keep your costume jewelry in good condition for as long as possible, be sure to:

  1. do not store them in damp rooms (such as bathrooms)
  2. to remove them before going to sleep
  3. avoid prolonged exposure to the sun,
  4. avoid cosmetic products
  5. put them on after applying perfume

To clean, use a soft, dry, chamois-type cloth without any cleaning products to revive its shine. Be sure to store your jewelry in its pouch.
